Forum Stats In Sidebar

how do i go about putting some forum stats in a sidebar

It's possible, but it would only be available on the home page since that's the only place those variables exist.

i only use the main and thread page, would it be possible to take just the one sidebar out of the thread page and keep the rest. in the plugins code or css

anyone using a statistics plugin would want any statistics that we have available

it should work for both tims plugin and yours, or two seperate ones

since it will only work on the main page, it just doesnt show on any other page and the rest of sidebar takes over

Users Online In The Last 24 Hours is useless once theres so many members it takes up too much space and noone looks at it anyway

Members should be able to choose which sidebars they want to use and of course you can move them in the order you want

Members should be able to choose between the Last 5 or 10 Updated Threads

None of that information is available on all pages. Therefore it's impossible to integrate it seamlessly into the sidebar plugin.

Yes-this is a great question. I'd like the forum stats moved into the sidebar...or at least on the side.
I guess what you're saying, though, is that since the sidebar is set throughout like a global header (for lack of terminology), you can't add forum stats just like you couldn't add the "Legend Icons"

How about just adding a section of it, like "Users Online" and "Members"?
