Peekaboo (multi tabbed) Right Side Tables

Thanks, that is wonderful. for now I will keep it as is until the other side is released. I opted, for now, to just stick with the whole "page length" option for now. After fiddling with trying to get the one tab a certain length I just gave up.

I am, however, having this weird problem when setting the shoutbox to the pop-out location.

It doesn't let you "use" the shoutbox; aka, you cannot scroll or click in the input area, when attempting to it only pops the pop-out box in and out.

Does this has to do with a width issue or something? It seems like the pop-out area is overthrowing the function of the shoutbox itself.

Edit: wow that was wierd, I removed some of the text in the quote and when i posted All the text was gone from the quote.

Ok copying the text and adding it in the quote window didn't work either so adding the text below that Should be in the quote window...

Hope so too, will be a great addition to our board when we can restrict it to groups. Will keep a lookout for an update on this one

I had a look. The shout-box should work fine.
The problem is that you have the tab at 72px (closed) and then 343px when open. This means that the tab is covering ALL the contents which is why if you click anywhere inside the table that slides open, it closes the table.
The code is meant for tabs and the change in size is to show it's open.

If you have your closed tab at 72px then ideally it should be 82px when open, make your sliding table wider and set the shout box to align to the left. As you have it is not how the code is meant to work.

If you want it how it is I can knock up a code to do that but it'll be next week probably before I get any time.

After fiddling with it to try and change the sizes and everything I am happy with how it is now. If I were to change the settings around to have it be "72px and 82px" then the bars hover in the middle of the screen.

How do I set the chat box to align left? Is that in the code part of the plugin where I have to add something into the div alignment? I don't work with divs so I don't know any of the codes for that.

I can wait a week, currently sick as hell anyway so I won't be working on anything till Monday or later.

Pebble while looking around testing the tables on the left side I noticed that the scrollarrows for the newsfader is showing through the second and third table on the left side but not in the first so might be something wrong there.
Oh and the description text is not showing as it should in the Tabs section, nothing major but might need a bigger box for it, the 1,2,3 is cut in half and the word "open" is behind the explenation bubble.

Could it be done so you can have just a Text for the tabs instead of a picture?
So you can set a background color for the tabs and have some text in there with a choise to add a color for it and parhaps a font.

Would it be possible to add more tables so you can set up like 5-6 on the same side?

The left side is just a port from V4.5. It hasn't been altered to V5 yet. It's on the to-do list

The tabs just as text. When I update the instructions I'm going to add the variables for the boxes so changes can be made via CSS. To add every option in the plugin would be huge.

More tabs... Yep it's possible but not decided about that yet.

Pebble when I checked out Tohsaka Rin's tables (very nice board, WD) I noticed that when clicking the tab, the tab followed the table out while mine is stationary and covers a part of the table.
How can i do that too? Tried to find a setting for it so it won't take any space of the table when opend but failed.

That didn't actually work properly. I'm going to write a separate code to do what TR tried to do. It'll probably be next week before I find any time though.

It turned out that way on mine because of the different sized images that I was using to get that effect. This is the effect that I was also using on my v4.5 site and decided to stick with it. The problem with the v5 plugin version was that it caused the inner area that is to hold the tables (on mine it holds the shoutbox) for any information/links and such you put in the pop-out bar to not be able to be clicked (due to the active area being covered.)

It was just a fluke. A great fluke, may I add, since this is exactly the effect I wanted (minus the problem with the active area.)

Can't wait till a left side is made.
