OK, I've looked around and it seems these are added by some magical button! Anyone care to share the 'how to' ?

OK, I've looked around and it seems these are added by some magical button! Anyone care to share the 'how to' ? I don't think regular members can add them in the plugin/template boards here, only staff and the "ProBoards Coder" groups can, I believe. If you're looking for how to add labels normally, Peter posted some good screenshots in another thread: You can add labels to a board from the admin area when editing a boards properties. Then in a board, or even inside a thread... An example of what to use them; Plugin Request board uses them, once a request is done, we marked it as "Completed". Maybe a thread needs staff attention, so can be labelled.

Thanks Shrike, I was going cross eyed looking for a button to do it! (Not sure why they'd limit it though )

Thanks Shrike, I was going cross eyed looking for a button to do it! (Not sure why they'd limit it though ) Because it includes the ability to remove the labels, and we don't want someone removing labels from another user's thread. Likewise, one of them is "Security Risk," for when a code can be exploited to control someone's forum. We don't want a random user being malicious and adding that to another user's thread to hurt the user's reputation.

Cheers Chris Phyffer for the reply/answer. I think this should be explained somewhere though. (perhaps it is , somewhere I haven't looked at yet) It gives the impression that some codes are in Beta and for testing, from the offset, and others are being submitted as a finished product (from the title) I have several codes that need 'testing/breaking' but putting a code out there that has a flaw may tarnish a reputation if it's not clear that it is 'beta -in progress' in the title and others are. I understand your explanation but also see another side to it. Apparently, there will be a rating system for codes..... If one is 'beta - in progress' it wont be rated 'low' but if it seems it's a finished product then it will be. Just my opinion.... EDIT: As an after thought.... If this is going to stay in place, couldn't another board be made for codes that are put out there to be tested and take requests for added options?

The staff plans to launch a plugin database in the future which will include the rating system.
