[request] auto pm message for rank ups

I was thinking earlier about this what if there was a way to send a locked message [congratulation "user name here" On Your New Rank] .

It would probably require Ajax I would assume.

the message would look something like this but be completely different when all said and done

the auto sent messages would be sent from an alt controlled by the Main Admin. I was talking to Brian about it and he said it sounds complicated thats why I want to test every coder in here for the job 


so would it be a good idea?

AJAX isn't allowed, and not needed.

Until we get the extra data in the user object, this can't be done that well.

Yeah, us coders are waiting on some data to be added to the user object which will allow us to see what group (along with other stuff) the user is in.
