This will allow your members to create a gallery for themselves where only they will be able add pictures and comments. You will need to create a board to be used for your galleries and assign that board to the plugin. Moderators can edit the comments or delete the image, but they can not edit the images. PluginDirect linkCurrent Version 2.0.5With version 1.2.0 and above you have the option to allow comments, but if you want that option you will need a key.. To create the needed key, install this plugin and ensure it is ABOVE the Member Galleries plugin in your plugins list. You can change the key permissions, the following settings work for me.. Read Permissions set to EveryoneWrite Permissions to Members and Staffhi Todge iv been passed to you for this by brian. i have your 'member gallery' plugin which has changed the 'create thread' button in to .. 'create gallery' how do i change it just for this board id to 'create advert' without it changing the text of other boards and still be the 'members gallery' plugin.

If this is not working, could you please leave a link to your forum. Thank you.

No worries.. I must admit you had e scratching my head for a while. can this be done Todge ? i want the 'image url' box to take bbcode ..... the comment box does, can i have them switched round ? its for advertising, so the member can have a clickable link to their sites though the image.

Hi Todge, If you would, please see this thread. MSG thinks the issue may be related to the Member Gallery plugin.

I'm afraid not, the plugin needs the post to be in a set syntax for it to work. If we allow bbcode in the image URL field the plugin looses control of the way the post is authored the code would fail when displaying the gallery. Can I ask why you want BBCode allowed in the image URL field?

Hi Todge, If you would, please see this thread. MSG thinks the issue may be related to the Member Gallery plugin. First up, can you try disabling the Gallery Comments plugin to ensure that it is the cause. I ask this because, although it does use a post key, that key is not written to while posting.. If it is the culprit, then there must be another plugin that is effecting this one, but we'll cross that bridge after we isolate this plugin as the cause.

I see....
What can be done is to include an optional field which, when used, adds a click event to the posted image, sending the user to the specified URL.
This plugin is inline for a major update, so I'll try to include that option at the same time.

The only other key being used is of type User (vpester plugin). Is there any chance that could be it?
Since I am unable to confirm first hand the reported behavior, I am hesitant to disable Gallery Comments long enough to get a member to report back.
