Would someone mind making me a plugin that would allow my members to set the font size to their liking/needs on my forum? Thank you

I have a member or two that have some eye issues. They need a larger font size to see the forum. I understand they don't want to have to adjust their magnification size for every page they go to. So I am wondering if it would be possible to create a way for them to set the font size on the forum themselves? Each member could opt for a font size that's right for them

I have NO IDEA what "psychedelic insultment" is, but I'm clearly a victim of it!

Couldn't they just set their posting default to BBCode, and set the size that way?

Sure, but what's the fun in that? Being able to set a forum the way you want it makes it a little more personal. Doesn't it?

You might not need a plugin for this, it may could be done with a mixture of a template modification, and custom fields. I'll try to look at that solution next time I have access to the Internet on my laptop.
Edit to add, that this will be possible with the above method. I'll hopefully get it to you tomorrow.

Alright, so I got what you needed. Create a new custom field named "Font Size" and then go to the layout templates section and go to Forum Wrapper and find the <body> tag, and paste this below it.
{foreach $[current_user.custom_field]}{if $[current_user.custom_field.name] == "Font Size"}{if $[current_user.custom_field.value] != ""}<style type="text/css">div.message{font-size: $[current_user.custom_field.value]px !important;}{/if}{/if}{/foreach}
This will create the option for your members to choose what size the post font size is. If you want the font size to affect other stuff, then edit the CSS, if you need help with that I can help.

Let me know how goes. Also, just so you know, your members won't have to enter the pt or px in the field. Only a number.
