You guys have a list of known bugs right? Wouldn't it be more efficient to let us see this list so we don't report the same bugs over and over again? Just a thought...

I think all you would need to do is scroll through the threads on the Report Bugs Board. Those that are locked are known bugs. Some may already have been fixed, some not. In other words, they don't hide them.

There was a sticky showing the current bugs, but was never updated, by the time someone updated it, the bug may be fixed, so the sticky was removed.
Use the search top right while in the bugs board to search bugs.

This isn't really a feature request.
However, it was decided its far more efficient to use the list in the board itself. Our system for bug tracking is internal. It would take someone a lot of time and effort to add and remove all the bugs and keep the list up to date (plus 90% of people don't read anything we post or update anyway). Now that support is in v5 mode you can easily search to see if your bug was reported. Additionally Brian (Venom) or whoever else grabs the bug can do a check on our internal system to see if it's already been reported. It's really on you guys reporting to double check, and if you don't then we will.
This also creates a redundancy. Maybe we fixed a bug already, but it's back. We need to know that. If we left it sitting in the list then maybe it wouldn't be reported as being broken. Until we actually fix something it's better to keep receiving more reports than we need as opposed to not receiving them at all.
Time is also a factor. I can tell you that the last 3 weeks or so have been spent coding the final areas of the admin area. Bug fixing has been at a minimum. That may account for why you feel bugs are being reported over and over. Not many have been updated. My whole dev team was creating new features. However starting this week we will be focusing on bugs again and many of them will be fixed and pushed out to you guys.
Essentially if someone is concerned about reporting a bug twice, don't be. Better that than to not report it at all. This system has worked for nearly a year, and it just got improved when we made Support v5. It's a little close to launch to be restructuring out bug report system.
