[Request] Member/Avatar anywhere?

I really liked this code when it was around, just for the simple fact that I enjoyed seeing my little avatar here and there, and I could position it alllll around the forum, yet it would still fit in. 

Here and Here were the codes. 

Could we get something like that as a plugin? I would like to be able to edit the CSS and put it in different places in different skins really. Is this possible?

cant this be done with template modification? Im not sure if the variables from the templates can be used in things like side tables though.. maybe VS Admin would have to confirm its possible?

It is easily possible with a template mod, also, you could put it in the sidebar. It would just require a little bit of code.

Well, I'm not really sure -how- to do all that, which is why I was asking for a plugin- since I don't really know if some of my requests would fit template mods or plugins. I want to use it in sideboxes/tabbed tables, so I'm not sure which would work best.
