It would be easier for members to change a theme if they could choose from a drop-down list in the main nav bar area, instead of members going to Profile > Edit Profile > Settings > Forum Theme and selecting the Theme they want.
Maybe this could be achieved by a Template mod, but I don't know. I looked in Template Mods and here, but couldn't find anything matching a theme selector.
