Possible should be two seperate requests?
1) Is it possible to get an email members template thing?
We currently send inactivity emails to our members, one is a friendly reminder if you don't log on we'll delete you in 3 weeks (we have a log in once a week or post a LoA rule), two is then a courtesy you've been deleted and your characters archived email. Then there's one for people who have posted a LoA and such. Now that we can email directly from the forum (awesome!) It be great if these were selectable rather than having to copy/paste them from elsewhere each time (I currently use a drafts system in gmail with a backup copy on the hidden staff board)
2) Would it be possible to set up somethin so the admin email account automatically sent the email when someone hadn't logged on for a week? Then four weeks? (If the latter could come with some sort of internal notification 'member has been sent the delete email - don't forget to delete them!) That's be grand as well
