Is it possible for a board to be only view-able between a selected member(or multiple) and staff.

With the conversation system(and the fact that it can be view-able to multiple selected members/staff) I am not sure this is really needed.

To answered your question your struck through.

We created Private Boards. In a private board a member can only see threads started by themselves. However staff and moderators of the board can see all the threads. This may be similar to what you were requesting.

This is exactly what I meant, but a possible option to "Search" for threads created by a certain member?

Like for example..there is a thread in a board that only staff and Gaston can see, but there is also one that only AshFR can see, a possible way to "Search" for threads only created by Gaston, and vice versa?

The staff and moderators could search by posts only created by a specific member. They just use the normal search filters that you get when you click the magnifying glass icon in the search field.

However Gaston could not search for AshFR and vice versa because they can each only see their own threads. The permissions of the board remain.
