"Search PMs" Button

I was wondering, is there any way that someone might be
able to code a "Search Inbox" bar, the way that you can search for
posts around Proboards? I have 930+ PMs on one site that I moderate on,
and I'd really like a way to look for what I need quickly, rather than
having to guess at the date and what page the PM is on.

The site I'm referring to is currently still only on V4, but when we do get our admin to switch, I can see myself accumulating a number of PMs again, and I would love to see something like that.

Go to your inbox here, top right is the search bar like in threads, though for me it didn't get me the right results, so i'm reporting as a bug

-facepalm- I'm so sorry, I didn't even notice it there... I'm still far too used to the v4, I was looking for a button.

That's ok,takes a bit of getting used to, if you do a search and have problems, the bug report is here

Another thing that might help is applying labels to your messages in V5. One for staff, one for friends, etc. Then you could search within those labels too.
