I'm not sure if there's a way to disable it in the plugin, but the colorsmear is affecting my labels, which I don't believe it's supposed to be doing. As you can see here, the label "WIP" is the cream to white to cream colorsmear instead of the solid charcoal black that the label is set up to be. Any way to perhaps fix this?

its because filters are links that happen to have destinations that same as board links, so the plugin didnt know the difference. originally labels didnt let you click. I just have to add in something to make it ignore labels.

I fixed the label bug though, AND I added an option where you can smear labels for boards.  either all labels for that board or individual labels.

still dont have the UBBC button working, but after doing the hashtag plugin I might be closer to getting it to work.

I would also like to see this! I also use colourSmear on board names ( Matching up with coloured category bars ) as Moonbeam does. It is very effective.
ColourSmear is one of my favourite plugins.
It would be really good if we were able to use it WITHIN the boards.

Yes, smear all thread titles in a board to match the board's smear, like this.



This is how we have it on the v4 version of the board. We use the old " /* color thread or event titles - ross */ " code to do it, but that's very cumbersome because we have to manually add each thread number. There's not really a v5 equivalent that I'm aware of.

When adding a color smear to a user is there a time I have to wait before the search is able to find them? They just registered the account about 30min ago and I still haven't been able to pull up their username in the search to add the smear to them

the search server has been getting a lot of attention lately. if a member doesnt show up in your search right away, you might be still getting indexed (same server does posts too). if it has been a while and the member still doesnt show, the server might have hung up on your board for some reason, and you just need to make a thread in support asking them to look into it (or kick the server.. whatever is faster)
