When The time comes..Will I be able to export the plug ins from my v5 beta board to my new board with all information that has been entered? It would be a real pain to have do each plug in again from scratch..  |

Nope.
The export feature is for sharing the plugin. You could ask in the request board, but I doubt it will be considered.
There will be a feature that will allow us to specify default values, but that's probably no help for you.
