Coding Help Needed: Theme-Independent Board Design

I was told that I needed to "find the V5 equivalents of those particular classes and add <style> tags to each individual board just like you did in V4." I did not, however, come up with any of that code, and can't understand a bit of it. I copy/pasted the Pre-Upgrade Global Header & Footer to the other admin, and she can't figure out how to recode either.

Help!
