Okay, I have selected a status again and resaved. 

I see a status in Firefox, IE, and Chrome in the mini-profiles

Yes, I noticed it now in the post profiles; is there a reason it doesn't show up in the recently posted profile section?

and to let you know it does show up now in Safari.

Edit: I changed the selection and hit save; but it went back to the one that was originally chosen. (browser used safari)

I don't know what it is but it's still not working for me. I uploaded the upgraded version (the one in your first post right?) and still nothing. It's not saving in my profile.

Awesome; I updated it. It doesn't seem to save in chrome. When I attempted to change the status in chrome and clicked save it went back to what it was originally set to; which I changed first of all under firefox.

I still dont see whats wrong. I know chrome CAN save a key, but for some reason its refusing in this plugin. Firefox and IE, using the exact same coding, is saving the key just fine.

Wormopolis, you are trying to save the data to the key when the page is submitted, for some reason, I guess Chrome doesn't like that because it was doing the same to one of my plugins. Try saving when the user changes the value for the select box, I did that and it worked fine, and just so people would know it saved I had it add 'Saved!' right after the box when they changed it.

I couldnt do it on the drop down because the name part opens up after the drop down changes. so I had to go a different route.


new version uploaded, so re-download and hopefully that will end this insanity
