I suggest the feature to give the Main Admin the power to protect a certain post, thread, poll, table..., image, attachment URL etc. As in give the Main Admin the power to make anyone regardless of group, but her/him to edit or modify the thing that's protected in anyway. As in for example the main admin make a poll(and thread) and he protects it, and no one regardless of they're power can edit/modify that certain poll or thread except him.

Personally I do like the idea, but I think what will be said (which i do agree with) is that you shouldn't be giving people the power to edit certain things if they can not be trusted. Also if you don't want certain things edited/touched, you can start message/PM conversation with the people who have the ability to edit something you don't want edited, and tell them not to.

It wouldn't be right for them not being able to edit they're own post, what's the point anyways.

the "but her/him" looked like it was referring to the admin

I see what you mean.... so with you're comment in mind it'll be cut down to... I suggest the feature to give the Main Admin the power to protect a certain post, thread, poll, table..., image, attachment URL etc. As in give the Main Admin the power to make anyone regardless of group, but her/him to edit or modify the thing that's protected in anyway. As in for example the main admin make a poll(and thread) and he protects it, and no one regardless of they're power can edit/modify that certain poll or thread except him. as compared to. I suggest the feature to give the Main Admin the power to protect a certain post, thread, poll, table..., image, attachment URL etc. As in give the Main Admin the power to make anyone regardless of group, but the main admin, and the creator of the thread to edit or modify the thing that's protected in anyway. As in for example the main admin make a poll(and thread) and he protects it, and no one regardless of they're power can edit/modify that certain poll or thread except him. But.... Can't you just limit the power's of you're administrators? Wow I'm debunking my own statement.

Can't edit my last post.. Wait no the last sentence will be "except him and the creator of the thread".
So.
I suggest the feature to give the Main Admin the power to protect a certain post, thread, poll, table..., image, attachment URL etc. As in give the Main Admin the power to make anyone regardless of group, but the main admin, and the creator of the thread to edit or modify the thing that's protected in anyway. As in for example the main admin make a poll(and thread) and he protects it, and no one regardless of they're power can edit/modify that certain poll or thread except him and the creator of the thread.
But as said above "Can't you just limit the power's of you're administrators? "

Even then, if the admin makes a thread, and usesyour "protect" feature, it wouldnt be allowed to keep anyone that made a post in that thread from editing their own post (which is in effect modifying the thread).
maybe better wording would be asking if a power could be added to groups that affected the groups ability to modify/delete ANY admin post.

You can use groups to limit the ability to edit things. If you don't want people editing something then don't give them the ability to edit. If you don't want people accessing things then don't let them access them. You already have immense control over who can do what. You literally control everything already.
I understand your request might be slightly more specific, like a thread that can't be edited by anyone except the admin. But if you create a thread and lock it then only the people that you allowed the ability to edit it, can. So you already have this ability. And if people are editing things that you post against your will, then maybe you should take that power away from them.
Mods should be trusted, and if they aren't then they shouldn't be mods.
