It was most likely done with some code. I do not truthfully see a welcome table by I do see a sidebar (the part where it says "Hello there and welcome to Crossfire Farms, a stable role play based in a town near Dallas, Texas called Addison. The barn in Addison is host to many different disciplines ranging from western to show jumping and even flat racing. Whatever suits your fancy. We aim to be a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with people always ready to role play with you. If you have any questions feel free to drop one in the chat box!")
