Ability to adjust mobile site color scheme

Using something similar to the easy editor (or even the current v4.5 editor), I would like a way to adjust the colors of the mobile (not app) website.

At the current time we aren't giving control over mobile. We have multiple ideas for ways that admin might be able to customize the mobile look of their forum. The current mobile is not the final default first of all. Second we will give control eventually. Though it may be limited. Like taking the color palette of the default theme. Or possible it's own easy theme creator.
