Sort Threads Alphabetically within a Board

I know this can be done manually, which is fine for say our Information board where topics are added once in a blue moon, but everytime a new member joins we'd need to rejiggle all the approx 30 Threads in the Characters forum which I can see as quickly becoming a nightmare.

If anyone has an idea (plugin or template mod) for how this could be done for specific boards only I'd be really grateful.
