A quick note. For the "choose board or category", the one's highlighted, are ones that have been selected already. However, if it's easier to put checkboxes to the left or right, then do that. I'd prefer it this way, but I'd be fine with checkboxes too

I think this is a template mod. Not sure in all honesty.

Can this all be done via the template. can it be done with template + headers and footers, or does it need to be a plugin?
Just a confirmation would even be great.
