1) Can we please have it so when you export a theme, your plugins export too? I think I will be making a lot of themes as "pre-mades", and not being able to have the plugins remain in them is annoying. It's not like we can claim the plugin is our etc so there is no problem there.
2) Secondly, the option to save plugins to our computer, and the data saves with it. Especially with more complex ones.

Oh yes please.. I dread having to redo all the info I have filled out for my plug ins.. I'll even dance naked around a fire and sacrifice a chicken to the Pro Boards gods..

Themes and Plugins are separate. In both how they operate and they interact.
You can easily keep appropriate plugins stored with appropriate themes on your local machine. Not every plugin installed or even active would be part of a theme. Even though you can set which themes a plugin appears on it still doesn't mean that those plugins should be exported with those themes.
At the current time we won't be exporting them together.
Once we launch the Theme Library and the Plugin Library we will likely include a way to suggest plugins that go with themes (assuming the plugins exist in the Library for everyone to use). There are licensing things going on here. Just because you have a plugin on a theme that you made doesn't mean the plugin author wants you distributing it. There are many many levels of things to check and consider.
So again, at the current time we won't be exporting them together. You should be able to easily bundle them should you wish to do so.

But if we export plugins from out BetaZone for our real conversion the data goes too right? wrong? What data? What is data to you in a plugin? A better way to answer your own question might be to export a plugin on one BetaZone forum and import it to another. Then see if what you are asking is true or not. Regardless of what you are referring too don't forget that as long as you convert early you will have both your BetaZone forum and your real forum running v5 at the same time and you can simply go back and forth between them changing anything you need to.

What data? We mean of course all the things we have filled out in a plug in to make it work for us.. Such as this one.. This just shows 1 tab out of four with info I inputted. Now multiply that by 10 -15 plug ins that will have to be redone manually when we make the switch to the new format.. Also how would I export it for testing? I do have a second test board made for that purpose .. testing themes, etc.. I see no way of exporting this particular plug in.. If we can export a Theme.. Then why not a plug in with all the info we have put into it? The plug in would be from my beta board to my new board and meant for me only. Perhaps you misunderstood our questions on this?

Or this plug-in data (this is small) compared to some plug-in's I'm going to use after the conversion:
