Links / Thread Alignment Problems

Just a quick question. On the beta copy of my site, some of the links just won't click. =s Also, the alignment of the threads within the boards is very askew. I'm just wondering if this was a glitch that was fixed after about November 24th or so [so wouldn't be askew when my board is converted] or if this is something to do with my board where something's wrong? =s

EDIT: Also, I just realized this probably should have been posted in bugs, woops (if it should be and anyone has the ability to move it there, please do so if you think it should be <3). =x Though I'm not sure if it's a bug that has been fixed and it's just because my board was converted a while ago or not. Also, the thread options where Actions & Search are at the top of the thread/board aren't there either. I'm hoping that this was just something that was later fixed and therefore won't be a problem with converting, especially the alignment of the threads within a board, because it was like that before I even started the layout.

I posted that in the General Discussion, but then was directed here. Though I was told that there's problems with my templates, the askew alignment of the threads within a board was like that right when I made the beta copy, so before I even touched any templates or put in any plug-ins. But anyway, any help or confirmation of if any of this were glitches that were later fixed would be appreciated. <3
