Need help with an affiliate table plugin.

All right, so I've been working on this plugin for an affiliate table and I thought it would be fairly simple because... it's an affiliate table. I've tried adding the affiliates with an auto form and currently with a code box (I've also tried another code for the scroll other than the marquee tag.) but no matter what I do, if I just regularly click on an affiliate, it always takes me to the first button's link and ignores the target="_blank" attribute in the a tag. If I right click to open in a new tab it goes to the correct URL, but it's just... frustrating. I would really like to be able to use the autoform to do this, but I just don't know what I am doing wrong at this point. If someone could help me out I would give them loads of fresh baked internet cookies.
