Can't believe I never saw this Will give it a go tomorrow. Hopefully I can think of some stuff to do with it to include it with a pre-made theme =D (of course if I do, full credit will be given in my notes, as done so with people's mods I have used in my other themes) Exactly what I was thinking just now, the first time I saw it. How did I miss this? Gotta try it now.

Really nice plugin Shorty, I'm totally getting in to this dropdown stuff with V5 lol. However I couldn't get the button placement thing to work. At the moment I've just modded my admin button so leaving the placement box blank and it going at the end is fine but I'd like to mod some other buttons as well and those will need placing. Could you give an example of what should go in the placement box please? (I tried whole and partial links, the name as displayed on the button and no luck the new button I made in this plugin just didn't show. Also is it possible to make the plugin take the styling for the theme? (border, rounded corners, background colour) It seems to take the text/link styling from the theme but I'd like the look of the dropdown to match the theme as well, leaving it blank gives transparent for me. Or what sort of identifier things should I add to the style sheet to style it? Thanks!

For the button placement, you will need to take the name of the menu button you want the new button to come after. So if you wanted to place it after the home button, you would enter 'Home' into the button placement blank. If you wanted it to come after the admin button you would put 'Admin' in the button placement blank.

When I hover on the LEFT drop down, the Right side falls too, but if I hover on the RIGHT, all works as it should. I only have these 2 drop downs at the moment. Any light on the matter would be appreciate. Many thanks.

Yup!
Works lovely, I have an Admin link with the dropdown list of shortcuts to the things we have to change every few weeks.
Once I work out how to make it look pretty on all the themes, we're probably going to roll it out to some of the member visible things as well to clear up random links in the header table/homepage.

Hi Shorty. Any idea of what link you need to use to set it so people can select from the dropdown, to edit their profile and specific parts of it? For example, I want it like this Profile - Activity - Friends - Notifications - Edit Personal - Edit Settings - Edit Privacy So, obviously it would go to their own individual tab to edit that specific thing. I think I remember a while back it wasn't possible to do for some reason or another, but not sure if that has since changed.

This works great but out of curiosity is there a way to have sub links for the sub link if that makes sense to you haha. I'm holding out on updating one of my old forums because I don't know how I can do that in the new one yet. Currently I have a drop down menu that you hover over and it gives 6 options then you can hover over one of those and get 5 more options. I was just curious but this is still a great code thanks for the work you put into it.

But it would take a little reworking of the plugin, and I don't know how i would have that set up in the admin panel.
