I've been trying for ages to make the sub links work, but no matter what I do they never appear. I've used this plugin before on another site with almost the same styles, codes, plugins, and so forth - it works perfectly over there but my side (http://haurpg.com) just refuses to show the sub links. I've tried all sorts of varieties, and still not a single thing I do will make them show up.
How can I make them work?
Shopping|javascript:void(0);|(Malorian,/board/176/malorian-enterprise,_self)(Diagon,/board/49/diagon-alley,_self)(Knockturn,/board/159/knockturn-alley,_self)(Peddlestone,/board/216/peddlestone-alley,_self)(Hogsmeade,/board/304/shopping-district,_self)

Change parantheses to open/closed curly brackets in the last part. You might wanna relook at the format. Its changed since what you are using.

Shorty "in the last part" what do you mean? The last set of ( ) or a certain section of it? I've tried it with the { } and it still didn't work. This exact style I'm using works on my other board, but not the one I linked. There's almost no difference between them, so I have no idea why this refuses to work.

You most likely have the latest version which requires a different format. One not too different but different none the less. And if you dont use the exact format it won't work properly. The format is
NAME|URL|TARGET|{SUB-SUB LINK NAME,SUB-SUB LINK URL,SUB-SUB LINK TARGET}

I tried that. Nevertheless, I tried it again and realised I put NAME|URL|{etc} I forgot the target for it! No wonder only the one with sub links wasn't working - I kept thinking it was the subs that were making them not show up, but yeah. Thank you!

Where template are these located in? Also the URL using the $[user.id] is really simple to use. If you want a link that goes to their avatar tab of the edit profile the url would be: scootproftest.freeforums.net/user/$[user.id]/avataryou just replace the id in the URL with $[user.id] and the code will replace it with the current user's id.

$[last_updated_thread.recent_link] $[last_updated_post.recent_link]
Can you just tell me what the variables output as?

Shorty, Is there any possible way to move the sub-sub links to appear on the left instead of the right when hovering?

What browser? I checked it in all major ones before posting. So idk why it doesn't drop down. I just came across it an was attempting to use it for my forum, and when I refresh in the styles, it works for a moment but on the actual homepage it won't work at all. In Chrome or Firefox, but under the initial refresh it does for a moment, so I know I didn't do the coding wrong it just won't show up. msw.freeforums.net/

giant2k5 Sorry for the late response. Haven't had internet. Am using a friends now. I can't test this because you have the only drop down menu on the admin button and I can't see the admin button.

I've changed the colors on the styling but I don't know why the drop down stays with transparent background and white text, so it's pretty much invisible.
