Send to All option not showing

1) The URL to the page you are on when the bug occurred.     PM page
2) What happened, in detail?       Can't see the «Send to All» option
3) What do you think should have happened instead?      According to this thread support.proboards.com/thread/433614/new-admin-members-tool?scrollTo=5024380&page=1link and Patrick's explanation, we should be seeing the «Send to All» option when it's been activated by the Main Admin account for all Admins 
4) Can you reproduce this on every pageview?    Not needed but same thing happens with the Main Admin account
5) What browser, version, and operating system are you using?      Windows XP, Firefox 18
6) Please attach a screen shot (JPG or PNG -- not GIF or BMP) if it is relevant

I just checked this out on my v5 forum and was unable to find the option also. Bug confirmed and reported. Thanks!
