the issue i have with this is that i have to reinstall it every time i add a new theme to get that pop up to show - otherwise i think its awesome Pepe , you don't need to reinstall. Just the remove the contents of the Theme HTML box of the Themes tab of the Theme Changer Settings. Then click Save Changes. When you navigate anywhere in the forum, the popup will recognize it has no data and prompt you with the popup.

Retread Thank you for your reply. I have heard you are very helpful. I disabled two extensions I have in Firefox. I went back in and erased the html in the box...went to the home page and copied the html again and then tried the orange T at the bottom. Still the same result. I have seen on two other forums what the theme changer is supposed to look like. Exactly like your last image that you showed here. I hope I am following your other images. If you're getting the 'T' in the bottom right, you've been successful with the setup phase! After you click the T, could you copy what's in the address bar of your browser and paste it into a post on this thread?

Pepe, let's just say you were unaware of why the popup occurs and now you are aware. *high-five*

Dazzal , the address reads exactly as I would expect. Hmmm. You mentioned seeing this plugin in proper operation elsewhere. You're a member of Pepe 's forum, right? Could you log on there and verify theme changer is working properly for you on his forum? If it is, that suggests the problem is not with your browser, but rather with your forum.

Retread Yes, it is working properly at Pepe's forum, and also nicetomeet.proboards.com/ and internetcafe.boards.net/ All 3 forums work correctly concerning the theme changer.

Dazzal, at this point I'm beginning to suspect one of your other plugins is creating a conflict with Theme Changer. Please go to your Plugin Manager and remove the checks from all the checkboxes to the left of the plugin names, except for Yootil and Theme Changer. Then try clicking the 'T' and see if Theme Changer behaves properly. If you get success with only Yootil and Theme Changer enabled, then re-enable your other plugins, one at a time until Theme Manager misbehaves. Then we will at least have identified the problem.

Previously uninstalled both plugins and installed them again, and still no difference. )o: I appreciate you taking the time to disable the other plugins. I had been seeing a popup occurring from another plugin and thought that might be the problem. But even without the other plugins, Theme Changer is directing me to the correct address but the settings tab doesn't disappear and the theme change window isn't being displayed. Truly puzzling. I can't think of any forum setting that would cause a problem, but maybe the issue exists there. I'll do some experiments on my test forum and see if I can create the same results there. I suppose there could be a bug in just your forum, but that seems rather unlikely.

Dazzal, It's possible that there may be an issue with the theme itself that you are currently on. Try going to Profile > Edit Profile > Settings and manually changing the current theme to something else and save. Then, try the Theme Changer again. If it works properly on that theme, then there's something in the current theme you're using that would halt the Theme Changer from proper operation.

I changed to one of Pepe's themes in my profile and made it the default on the board. Thank you!

Okay, Dazzal . Let's review what we know ... - We've confirmed this plugin works for you on other forums and I've seen the problem on your forum so we can assume the problem isn't related to the browser you're using.
- You temporarily disabled all plugins other than yootil and theme changer and the problem remained. We can assume their isn't a conflict between plugins.
- At one point you removed and reinstalled Yootil and Theme Changers, so we can assume there wasn't an error caused by something not copying correctly in the installation process.
- You used a different theme as a starting point when clicking the 'T' so it seems unlikely something in the theme is causing the problem.
- The Theme Changer is taking you to the correct address (in your browser address bar) but the settings tab of edit profile remains and the theme change window is not displayed.
- I tried various forum settings on my test forum and was unable to create the same problem we see on your forum. So what's left? You could copy the contents of your Global Header, Global Footer, Main Header, and Main Footer, and paste each of them into a post on this thread. (place each of them within code tags.) I can place that into the Headers and Footers in my test forum and see if any of that causes the problem you're experiencing.
If that bears no fruit, you might look at what's in your Censored Words list. I don't know if that could even cause a problem, but it wouldn't hurt to check.
If none of this brings us to a resolution it will probably be time to call for the Cavalry (ProBoards Admins)
