Step 3:
I really doubt the problem is theme-related but we'll eliminate possibility that before we go on.
Admin Home> Themes> Theme Manager> - Click the Create New/Import Theme button. A new page appears. - Click the Create A New Theme icon. A new page appears. - In Theme Name: field, type Plain Vanilla. Then click the Save and Continue button.
Admin Home> Themes> Theme Manager> - Hover over the Plain Vanilla theme and click where it says Make Default. - Un-tick the checkboxes for all other themes except for Plain Vanilla. (the changes will be auto-saved)
View your forum again. (Refresh the page if using a different tab or window.)
Do you see the T now?
If yes, we need to find out what's wrong with the theme you were using.
If no, re-enable your other themes and Make Default whatever theme you had before as the default them.
Report your results and we'll move forward if necessary.

Okay @stormcloud70
Step 4:
Admin Home> Structure> Headers & Footers> Manage>
Copy the contents of each of these and paste them in a post so I can examine them for possible problems:
a - Global Header. b - Global Footer. c - Main Header. d - Main Footer.

I have done that but have I done it correctly? @stormcloud70, what I need you to do is to go to Admin Home> Structure> Headers & Footers> Manage> then click on Global Header and Footer. Click anywhere inside the box marked Header, then Ctrl+a (select all). Then Ctrl+c (copy). The contents of your Global Header will then be copied to your clipboard. Then in the Reply (posting page) in this thread, you can Ctrl+v (paste) and the contents will be pasted into the post. Do the same for the Global Footer, Main Header, and Main Footer. Then click the Create Post button.

I hadn't noticed it until you posted a link to it. Apparently I was creating a reply while you posted and my reply was on a new page. I tried changing the setting of the Yootil Plugin Bar bar on my test forum and it doesn't seem to affect the T for the Theme Changer. It always appears to the far right on the pbn-bar. Are you experiencing something different?

Ah, that does make a difference. I had been using v2.0.3 and the setting of the Yootil bar doesn't matter. But I can see from her page source, @stormcloud70 is using 2.0.4 and the setting of the Yootil bar will make a difference for her.

@stormcloud70 , I can see from your page source, you have the Yootil bar enabled in position 4. If you do get the T, don't look for in in the pbn-bar in the lower right. Instead, expect to see it in the lower left.

Hi @stormcloud70 , I'm fairly certain you will only get a popup if the Theme HTML box in the plugin setting is completely empty. I'm guessing what you have in there right now is broken in some way because clicking the T is successful in taking the user to the correct page but there is nothing in the dropdown. Try clearing all contents of the Theme HTML box so it's completely empty and Save Changes. Then navigate anywhere on the forum with your staff account and you should get the popup that says:
Click OK, then it will take you to your profile and a new popup will appear with the html you need for the Theme HTML box. Copy that, then paste it into the box in the plugin settings, and Save Changes. Give that a try and let me know if you have success.----------- I just noticed a change and several themes now show on the dropdown. And I see you posted to indicate your problem has been solved.
