hello everyone. My name is ken and i'm from indonesia. english isn't my first language so i'm sorry if anything i write confuse you.

anyway. i'm pretty much a newbie here, though my first proboards forum was around the year 2008-2009. and i've been coming here quite a lot, as a guest, looking only at the coding stuff. i learned how to do codes for the first time here and enjoyed it. so far i'm now capable of html, some basic css, but still hopeless on javascript. so today i finally decided to join the community, looking forward to find something more than just codes. my greatest fear is for proboards de-activating my forum because i misunderstood some lines from the terms of service (again, english isn't my first language, so.. yeah)

P.S. when your css works for the first time is the best feeling ever. of course, i'm speaking as a noob here.

Unless it is something serious you shouldn't worry too too hard. If you have had your board since 2008 then as long as you keep things going the way that they are then you should be fine.

I would suggest Discussion: Your Proboards and Get Opinions About Your Board to be some of your first visits. Then move back into Graphics and coding and get any help you may need. In D:YP you can see the various viewpoints that people have about different topics with boards.

My forum was recently made so I should still be careful. And I've visited those two boards you suggested, they're really helpful and contains great informations. So thank you again for suggesting! But I want to make sure that I'm done with the default skin of my forum first, at least, before I ask for opinions. It's almost done, so it shouldn't be long now.
