Salutations,
First, I must apologise for the slightly larger/bolder print type. As a blind user, I am...somewhat restricted to their use for my adaptive program. However, on to the matter at hand.
You see, I run a high fantasy RPG forum (Worry not, I do not wish to solicit or advertise!). I wish to customise the forum's appearance in a few ways, but I am not sure how to go about it. Another RPG forum provides a good example of the three aspects I wish to work with. But again, I don't quite know how to go about it.
So, to try to avoid breaking the rules here, I will list what I wish to do.
1. "Decorate" the navigation bar. It sounds odd but I have run across forums that somehow have a customised image "bordering" the top and bottom of the typical Navigation Bar (Home, register, login, etc.).
2. I wish to have a seamless, continuous background behind the forum itself, one that does not cut off at the edge of an advertisement banner.
3. And of course, sidebars! Just one though, for the left-hand side of the forum with the option of adding "sections" (i.e. a section for "New members" to be listed, then another one for in-game events, then another for Out-of-character contests and things like that).
Is it possible to do all this? Thanks!
