Age restriction

I would like to get a plug-in that restricts access to certain areas or boards or threads by age. Something to lock out those not old enough to view mature content. Or a safe haven for those younger than most.

Again I am not a coder myself, so I am not sure where this should be and if its a template, header/footer, or plug-in.

I invite a more knowledgeable person to feel free to move it to the appropriate section.

Everything on your forum must be PG13 so there really isn't much point to this.

You could do this by groups  I think

just put all the ones that you want to be unable to access a board into a group and restrict that group from the board in question

Yes, but what the OP is asking for implies that they intend have content that is not suitable for posters as young as the age of 13.

That would be against the Proboards Terms of Service.

my admin asked for it i was looking into it... but your right reviewing the TOS and advised her of such.
