Okay so I'm trying to import plug ins but when I click 'Import Plug In', nothing happens. I know from the guide that a pop-up is supposed to appear where I can Browse for said plug ins, but nothing is happening. Help? Thanks!~

you need to download whichever plugin you want to use first. there isnt a central library to download from. have a look at the plugin board for which plugins are currently being offered on support.
