[Request] Remove attachements button

I'd like to remove the attachments button please, as I don't want the unenviable task of decided which attachments can stay and which should go when the storage limit (what ever that might be) has been reached.

You can also simply turn it off here.. or assign who can use it i;e..staff, members, etc.
