I requested that my copyrighted content and account be removed from the new site. So far no response or action has been taken by Mike the admin of the site.
Patrick. Will there be a opportunity for those of us concerned about our content to join your lawsuit if it comes to that?

There may be enough members, if there are enough that want to hire a lawyer may be another matter, then too how deep are the pockets of the person to be sued. There are a significant number of members that have accepted the new forum and are calling it home as well.

Well since Mike paid Lee for the site, I think he would be liable for the money and more due to expense and labor. Lee is not going to cough up anything like that, he will approve the move I would think.

OK, is there any kind of time limit before this admin change over is to happen.
I've not seen any evidence of a change in the admin,there have been no communications on the Proboards version of the forum, only a post on the net version stating the change was going to happen.
I'm kind of tired of being the loan staff member there, perhaps soon there will be no staff member there.
