Plugin to Center Board & Move Side tables

Chrissy asked me to come here and explain what it is she is wanting/needing. I am not familiar yet with the capabilities of plugins, nor all the abilities of V5, so bear with me.

I don't have tables now, but when I did, there was an ability to move them to sit next to the logo/banner area, or lower. Also, you could separate the tables X number of pixels from the main board.

Currently, Chrissy's actual board, the posts and texting area is really small because the tables are inside the gradient borders of her background. She is wanting to move the tables outside those edges and have them stand alone. She would also like the ability to move the tables up or down and X number of pixels from the gradient edge. I think this would also help those that wanted to use a similar background and have tables on BOTH sides of the main board.
