Plugin needed for resizing images in signatures

Hello.
I absolutely need a plugin that helps me to resize big images in members' forum signatures. Either that or a plugin to replace big forum images with a text or image that tells the members to remove or resize their image.
I have already upgraded to v5 and none of the old codes work for me anymore. Can someone help, please?
