Test Board Problems

I made a test board for v5 and I need help with the new versions layout to look like my old one.  

This is the new one:

This is my old one (current one):
flairsplendor.proboards.com/index.cgi

I need the drop down menus to work, the resize banner width to work, basically I need all the codes I currently have up for v4 to be modified for v5.  

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!

It is now plugins for which there is a database, banner area is at the top of colour and styles all clickable drop down boxes for width depth and background.Other stuff is template modifications either to add code in or take parts out. Your links i cannot see so i am just giving you simple guidance to point you in the right direction. my board has been upgraded a few days now, and i am just starting to get used to what works whatCodes are definatly starting to be a thing of the past as i can see.Its all creep and go.
