How can i remove the Karma tab? i'm helping someone with something, and i want it to be gone

You could easily use CSS to remove the tab, but you wouldn't be able to give/take karma from someones profile without them knowing the link the karma page.

I am not sure if anyone had asked this before, but is there a way to make it 1 smite/exalt per 24 hours per person. So I can smite or exalt however many people I can, but only be able to repeat the actions for specific people per 24 hours.

Our Karma plugin is having issues today.

When I first logged in, I got a pop up warning "threat detected" that I traced back to the Karma system. At first, I thought (hoped) it might be the thumbs up/thumbs down emoticons we use on the mini profiles, but our tech staff member who helps with small things says it couldn't be.

I turned the plugin off to stop the warning sights and sounds. Now, I need help finding the problem and correcting it without losing the member's karma point scores. 

I'll be grateful for any help or a point toward the right direction if I'm putting this in the wrong place.

Well we want to bite the bullet and upgrade from version 1.2.2 to the newest.   I am worried because when we put 1.2.2 in I did some changes in the settings. And I don't remember where. The new instructions seems reasonable and easy to do but I am worried about the old hanging out there.

Is there any advice one should know before proceeding or what I may have to do since I am upgrading. I know I am going to have delete all of the old data so I have to record each members karma count and manually put back in when done.

Another thing that has been requested by a member and is done in other forums is when giving Karma can we add space for the person giving karma to type in why they are getting the karma?   And what post it was from?

No advice or worries about this?  Well some of the old Settings affect the new plug-in?

you shouldnt have to start over at all. when you upgrade plugins it will ask if you want to import settings and data from the previous version.

If you use this plugin, you can change the name of Karma to something else, correct?

Yuppers. You can call it whatever you want. Same with the "Exalt" / "Smite" options.

So I did the update.   It is working for all members but two of them.    If I go to their profile the Karma tab is there, but the mini-profile is does not show up in for anyone to click on to exalt or you can't see their value?
