Navigation Tree at Bottom of Site

Maybe there's a way to do this already. Wondering if we could have the navigation tree at the bottom as well as at the top to make bouncing around the site easier with less scrolling. 

We used to be able to find the login both at the top and the bottom, and messages at the top and bottom too. Now everything is at the top, so it seems like an extra couple steps to get there. I know the tree wouldn't address the login or messages, but like I said, it would put the navigation at one's fingertips.

Add this code wherever you want the second navigation tree to be, probably after the line that has $[shoutbox] assuming that you haven't altered the template at all yet.
