I often have guests visiting my site and asking questions in the shoutbox, but I notice in v5 that guests no longer seem to have the ability to post in the shoutbox. Is there a way I can have this changed?

Go to Admin > Settings > Shoutbox > Allow Guest Shouts and select Yes or No.
