When I had the beta test site of my forum, some of the theme modification didn't work in some themes but worked in others.
On my beta V5 copy of my forum I have this modification User Legend in Info Center and it only works on one theme out of all the 10 themes I got. it is only one of a number of modification that I have got

So a little question do I have to put the modification into every theme I want it to work on or is there is something i am missing when I put the modifications into the themes.
