Sidebar Plugin Not Showing Up.

So I've tried the three different sidebar plugins available so far on my site but nothing seems to show up. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have everything enabled and even typed in the tables just to get some sort of text but nothing.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm having a bubble brain moment and forgetting something.

Please help!

Update: None of my plugins are working anymore... not sure what's going on... they're all enabled.
