Transparent Title Bars and Borders

I was wondering how to make the forum's title bars and borders transparent. I do not want it to affect my home page, or any other custom page - just the forum page.

I am sure the Visual editor gives a tranperant choice on the drop downs

Yes, but I just want it for the forum page and not the other custom pages.
