Image around all cats,etc.

Id love not just base and head image for my cats and rest of forum but images on the left and right sides to. So literally the cats and etc would be surrounded by an image? Please help.

You know how you can have head and base images? Jus wonderinf if on top of that I can have the same images for the left and right sides to. So its fully bordered by the image.
