Photos and text

I would like the code to put a picture with text underneath it on the Main Header.  I have a photo competition and just want to post the winner's photo plus saying who the winner is underneath.

Set your CSS, font style back ground color ETC to what you want, add your URL and text and you should be good to go.
Main Header as you specified.
