Getting rid of the reflection

So I'm about to start a new site and I've looked everywhere for codes that can eliminate the reflection of the icons at the bottom of the icon. I wanted 200x100 icons but the reflection remains and I think it'll look better without them. I'm wondering if there is anyone who can help me find it?

In your global footers there is a code titled "Reflected Avatars". Remove that because that's what's causing the reflection.
