Button for background post color

I brought this up in a few other threads, but I think it can be done without a plugin.  All I'm asking for is a button to go somewhere in a new post/reply window, that when clicked, adds the bb code for background color...then I could manually type in the hex code or text color name like "red".  I need a button, or some other quick way, because I need it to be fast.  I can't be manually typing in the background color bb code every time I need it.

I'm referring to this code:

Can someone make a button or a link that would be placed in every post for that?  I'd need it for staff only.  (I actually only need the color red) so it would be awesome if the button was made for only a red background.
