Scrolling Posts [No Longer Needed]

I set up a test site to play around with V5 and I have discovered that you need to alter the posting templates coding for them to work however I have not been able to get posts to scroll yet. I have been told that this is not possible and it was suggested to me that I look into plugins. Since there is none as of yet I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this.

What I am trying to do should look something like this. But since I cannot get it to scroll it currently looks like this.

So if it is at all possible for there to be a plugin so that the templates like that can scroll that would be wonderful .

You should just be able to add the overflow CSS property to the part that you want to scroll:

Thank you. That option did not work when I was adding it before, but it has now so that is good so no need for anything else.
