Remove Certain Elements on Main Profile Page ??

Hey there, I have a real quick question. I've looked all over for this code and don't know if one exists or not...

Is there a code somewhere that allows you to customise which information elements appear on the main profile page? I'm looking for a code that will allow you to choose which elements are hidden as I would like to hide:

- recent posts
- signature
- location
- loyalty

The last one is something I've added, using a customized Harry Potter houses code. So if anyone is familiar with that code I'm just wanting to hide the houses information.

I don't want to hide these from the modify profile page - I want members to still be able to work with them. And I still want them to show up in the mini profiles on the forum. But when a user goes on to another member's main profile page, I don't want them to be able to see the above elements.


Does anyone know of a code that will do this? Many thanks.

But not sure if it will work with what you added for HP houses. Oh, to test the code you'll need to set a bit in it to true as the code at default is set so the admin can still see those fields.

Ah. not sure if that's going to work. See, that one disables the member from being able to use those elements. I want them to be able to use them, I just don't want them to be on show on the main profile page? So they can select their loyalty for example in the modify profile page just like normal but when you're on their main profile page you don't see it.

This would work together with my two different MP that I'm trying to get sussed so that the loyalty will only show up in certain boards. But for it to do that the option still needs to be accessible to the members.

But maybe the code you suggested could be edited?

Anyone a Java brain who can work out how to make that code effect only the show of the option on the main profile page, not the disabling of it in the modify profile page?

Bump? I'm also converting this forum to v.5 so if there is any way of getting this to work on there that would be good too.... :S
